The singers record Loud is due out next month, and she is very proud of it. Its a step away from her last album Rated R, and she loves her new sound. Rihanna is hoping it will be as popular with her fans as it has been with her, and has advised them to turn the volume up when they first listen to it.

Loud is a very expressive, vibrant record. Its very attention-grabbing and makes you want to listen to it more and more, she said. For me, the thing I love best about it is there are so many different sounds and such a wide variety of songs that keep you entertained and take you on a ride and I enjoy that. You have to really crank it up and listen to it loud.

Rihanna doesnt understand why some performers stick to the same kind of sound throughout their careers. She thinks its much more exciting to keep pushing boundaries, which is exactly what she intends on doing.
