Robert Pattinson keeps low-profile on night out

8th September 2010

(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Robert Pattinson partied wearing a baseball cap over the weekend, to avoid being recognised.

The actor went to Soho House in West Hollywood with several pals and his agent on Friday night, and was determined to have a good time. The star was sporting a beard at the exclusive nightspot, and seemed keen to go unnoticed. He spent most of the evening at a table near the back of the establishment, and was seen drinking beer and talking to his friends.

"You could tell Rob didn't really want to be noticed, but he did chat with a few people it seemed like he knew who stopped by his table," a source told E! "At one point he was laughing and joking around with the wait staff. It seemed like he was having fun."

Robert eventually called it a night at 1am.

Soho House was a popular choice for celebrities on Friday, with Leonardo DiCaprio also seen there. He enjoyed dinner with a male companion, but left before Robert showed up.

Robert is now thought to be on a road trip with several friends, and was spotted in Arizona on Saturday. On Sunday, he had dinner with a group in New Mexico, with a worker from the Galisteo Bistro stating on Facebook he was "very polite, quiet."

The following day, the Twilight hunk posed for pictures with fans in Texas.

Meanwhile, HBO spokespeople have dismissed claims Robert is to guest star in the season finale of TV show Entourage, set to air in the US on September 12. "Sorry, not true," said a representative. (C) Cover Media
