According to reports in the media, Robert Pattinson is followed by fans, especially females, wherever he sets foot, a phenomenon which may sound appealing to many, but is something that Robert Pattinson totally detests. And it is to escape from the prying eyes of these fans that Rob Pattz has decided to make use of a body double. In this way, both his fans and he will remain happy.

It was in the recent past that a girl from Japan started making appearances wherever he went, but what scared Robert Pattinson more were the sexually explicit fan mails which were reportedly sent to the actor by a group of American girls who are obsessed with his onscreen avatar. His huge base may also be affecting Robert Pattinsons love life with girlfriend Kristen Stewart. One of the actors female fans was also accused of following him when he was out with Kristen Stewart and it was during this time that Robert Pattinson decided to hire a body double.

A body double will ensure that he walk around freely and what is more important is the fact that he can spend some quality time with Kristen Stewart without unnecessary disturbances. Security has always been an issue with our favorite Rob Pattz, he reportedly had an entourage of 25 guards during the filming of Twilight.
