(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Russell Crowe says stopping his body from being its "heaviest weight" is a constant battle.
The 47-year-old star is on a 105-day training schedule to lose weight and has been vocal on his Twitter page about exactly what he's doing to get back to his best.
Russell gained 63lbs. for his role in Body of Lies in 2008 and has confessed that he struggles to maintain his toned physique when not working.
"If I stop exercising my body tries 2 return 2 its heaviest weight (sic)," he wrote to a fan on the social networking site.
Russell also admits that he eats "roughly 2400 cal/2600 cal incl all beverages (sic)".
Over the weekend, Russell told fans he cycled 22 kilometres, walked for 1 hour 25 minutes and did 30 minutes body movement exercises.
He also posted the long list of multi-vitamins, fish oils and supplements he's taking to get back in Gladiator shape when he played the lead role Maximus, 11 years ago. (C) Cover Media
