Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan has been always the one to come up with innovations.

Apart from being a trendsetter courtesy his fashion, style, tattoos, bandanas and music band, the actor has been a master in springing in surprises for his fans in terms of films.

His choice of films are often very different from others and he proves this yet again. This time we hear that the actor is keen on making a film on the life of his father and former Indian Captain Mansoor Ali Khan.

Mansoor who was named as 'Tiger Pataudi' due to his princely state Pataudi and his aggressive game of cricket, has been one of the key players of Indian cricket to put the nation on world map for the game. As the last prince of his province and an Indian Captain, he left a great legacy behind him. And it is this great life of his that his superstar son Saif Ali Khan intends to put on screen.

Apart from his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan, sources close to Saif confirm that he is indeed toying with the idea to make a film on his father.

Currently Saif who is shooting in Canada, is simultaneously looking for a team of good writers to pen down his life and is also searching for the filmmaker who will do justice in narrating the same on screen.
