It is a known fact that Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan enjoys the liberty of choosing his own co-stars and recommending the other members of the crew. His kind hearted gestures have often landed many of his beloved some meaty roles in films. 

From on-screen roles to off-screen performances, Salman has played a key role in getting his loved ones various jobs. And now he recently went a mile ahead by assembling his choice of artists for his next. 

Salman who is going back to his once favorite banner - Rajshri - is recommending artists for various departments. And unsurprisingly all of them are being given the job immediately. 

From the cinematographer to the editor, Salman has nearly selected the entire crew for his upcoming film 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' with Sooraj Barjatya. 

While the star cast comprises of Salman Khan, Sonam Kapoor and Neil Nitin Mukesh, the film will now have many of Salman's protégées as a part of the core team. 

Music composer for the film, Himesh Reshammiya, confirmed that Salman has been contributing heavily. "Salman bhai is playing an important part by giving his inputs and suggestions. He recommended me for this film, but the final decision was taken by both Sooraj ji and Salman," he said. 

Apart from him, lyricist Irshad Kamil, editor Sanjay Sankla and director of photography V. Manikandan have been signed to helm the respective departments on Salman's recommendation. He is currently working on the post production marketing and is personally choosing the members who will design the promotional strategies.
