Judge D W Deshpande has summoned Salman Khan to appear today for recording his statement under section 313 of Code of Criminal Procedures.
The court rejected Salman's request of banning media while recording his statement. Salman will have the authority to examine defence witnesses once his statement is recorded.
Salman who is charged of homicide yet not amounting to murder shall lay into ten years imprisonment, if proved.
