Saoirse who stars alongside Cate Blanchett and Eric Bana in the movie says she enjoyed playing the part of Hanna, as she is not your average film hero.

Shes very interesting and I think shes someone who we havent really seen before. Shes not your stereotypical action heroine. Shes not actually very cool. Shes a bit of a misfit, and I like that about her, shes different, she told BBC news.

The talented star has revealed that her energetic fight scenes in the movie took a couple of months of preparation. Saoirse says the regime made a noticeable difference to her body.

It took a good bit of training, she explained I started to work out about two months before we began shooting. I worked out in the gym, I had muscle definition and more strength.

Saoirse has a team of people around her to ensure she makes the right career choices. The actress who is fast emerging as one of the industrys brightest stars after appearing in The Lovely Bones and Atonement says that at the end of the day, the final decision is always her own.

To pick the right roles, well ultimately its down to me because I need to be happy in what I plan to do, but I have my mom and dad who read the scripts as well and my Irish agent and my American agent so its a real group decision and its kind of down to all of us. Well talk about it and discuss whether its the right thing for me to do. (C) Cover Media
