(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Sarah Michelle Gellar admits that being a working mom is "hard".

The 34-year-old actress has a daughter with husband Freddie Prinze Jr., Charlotte Grace Prinze, who will turn two on September 19. Taking a career hiatus initially when Charlotte was born, Sarah has recently returned to work on television series Ringer. Getting back on set after becoming a new mom was not easy for the star.

"Juggling work and family is one of the hardest things, but I truly believe if I want to teach my daughter to do anything and follow her dreams, I have to do both," Sarah said to In Touch.

Although returning to acting has been arduous for Sarah, she has a wealth of support. Her colleagues on set help create a nurturing environment for her family.

"Everyone on the show has been incredibly respectful and they've made it incredibly family-friendly," Sarah explained. "It's not just me [co-star]; Ioan Gruffud has a daughter who's ten days older than my daughter and we've really made an environment where we're not separated and the kids can play together and be a part of it and we're not missing that."

Charlotte is elated to be on set with her mom. The glamour is very appealing to the tot.

"[Charlotte]'s excited for the hair and make-up trailer!" Sarah enthused.
