It has been quite a while since the multi-talented Sasikumar was seen doing anything. So, many were curious to know whether he would take up acting or wield the megaphone for direction.
 
However, the latest update is that Sasikumar has decided to take up acting and it is heard that the film has been titled as 'Sundarapandiyan'. Incidentally, this would not be directed by his regular favourite Samuthirakani.

This would be directed by Prabhu who has worked as an assistant with Sasikumar. The regular shooting has commenced and after this, Sasikumar will return to his other project 'Kutti Puli'.
