Shabana Azmi, both on and off screen has been a part of various social activities. Be it speaking for the rights of the civilians or going against the wrong doings, she has always been outspoken and blunt on speaking about socially relevant issues. And now, the actress is all set to outlive the character on big screen very soon. 

Azmi has played the role of a social crusader in director Ajay Phansekar's forthcoming film that was stuck in the pipeline for quite some time. The film is based on a very crucial issue where Shabana plays a social worker who works towards the betterment of the society. 

Apart from Shabana, the film also stars Raquesh Vashisht, Anjorie Alag and Urvashi Sharma. It was lagging behind due to some financial crunch but things have started to turn out better for them now. 

Currently, the film is being readied for release and an official announcement is expected soon.
