The young actor was spotted at various parties before he took a well deserved break to L.A. However, before leaving, he was closely in touch with the team of his next film
'Haider', who informed him that the climate in Kashmir is extremely cold.
Shahid finished his first shooting schedule of the film in Kashmir while it was autumn in the end of October. However, the next schedule is right in the midst of extreme winter.
The winters this year are severe, especially in the north belt. Hence, while Shahid was in L.A, he took time off to shop for winter clothes. He picked up warm sweaters, jackets, gloves etc.
The young actor not only shopped for himself, but also picked up a few wollens for his team members who will be travelling with him.
His team is almost like family for him, especially his valet and driver who have been with him over years.
Shahid will be starting his second schedule of 'Haider' end of Januray onwards. It will be a 40-day long shooting schedule in Kashmir.
