It is Akshay Kumar's Tollywood debut with superstar Rajinikanth in Shankar's '2.0' which is one of the most anticipated movies of the year. The makers took a moment to reveal about the film's spending a staggering amount of 75 million dollars on the VFX which amounts to Rs 543 crores approximately.

This is a whole new take on Indian cinema spending a lot for a sci-fi film. Akshay shared fthe igure with a 2.0 poster and stats written over it. Khiladi captioned it, ''2.0 is an effort unlimited of more than 3,000 technicians around the world. #2Point0Teaser in 3 days!‬ @2point0movie @lyca_productions #2Point0.'' With this news, the excitement for the fans which was already at peak has inched a bit more.

While the fans would see the glimpse of the film's teaser on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, the makers of '2.0' have taken the promotions of this mega-budget project seriously and grand events have been undertaken by then.

Music of the film is composed by Oscar Award-winning composer A.R. Rahman. The team had a grand music launch event in Dubai. Helmed by Shankar, '2.0' is bankrolled Lyca Productions also stars Amy Jackson, Adil Hussain and Sudhanshu Pandey and is slated to release on November 30.
