The pair got engaged in February last year, after Simon proposed to Mezhgan on Valentines Day. The move shocked many people as Simon had previously insisted he would never tie the knot or have kids.

Despite gushing about his love for Mezhgan last year, Simon, 51, has delayed setting a date for the wedding. The music mogul spent time in the Caribbean with his make-up artist fiance last month to rekindle their romance after work commitments had been keeping them apart.

Mezhgan has reportedly now reiterated her desire to walk down the aisle, and is said to be eager to start a family.

Mezhgan is getting impatient. She feels he owes her some commitment. She really does think hed be a great dad, and is working her charms on him, a source told Closer magazine.

Simon reportedly feels he doesnt have the time to have a family due to his hectic business schedule, including work both in the UK and US where Mezhgan, 37, is currently based.

The television personality has maintained that he would want to be a firm figure for any future children, and wouldnt want to be leading a jetsetter lifestyle if he became a father. (C) Cover Media
