Sofia Vergara is set for a shock when she opens her wedding present from her Modern Family co-star Sarah Hyland.

The 40-year-old actress recently got engaged to boyfriend Nick Loeb after a two-year tumultuous relationship.

But Sarah, 21, told Us Weekly that she has a plan up her sleeve for the Colombian beauty's big day.

"I'm probably [getting her] something kinky," Sarah laughed. "What do you give the woman who has everything? You give her a gag gift. Something funny."

Sarah was among the group of family and friends who gathered in Mexico earlier this summer when Nick popped the question.

"It was crazy because there were actually two tours of the ruins and I was on the English tour and Sofia on the Spanish tour, so I didn't really know until we all met back up together," she recalled.

"It was a very exciting time, her whole family was there so it was fun."

This marriage will be the second for the fiery actress who has a 20-year-old son, Manolo, from her first union with Joe Gonzalez.
