Actress Sonali Bendre, who is currently seen in a TV show, is keen on making a comeback on the silver screen.

But unlike, the other actresses, who are waiting for a comeback with the mainstream cinema, Sonali is considering regional cinema for the same.

A source says, "With films like Lai Bhaari (2014) doing exceptional business at the box office, Sonali has been contemplating the offers she has received in the last couple of years."

We have also heard that Sonali has been offered two Marathi projects recently."She feels this would be a good time to sign a Marathi project because of the recognition the industry is getting," added the source.

The actress' spokesperson said, "Her contract with the show has expired, but Sonali, who loves experimenting and trying out new things, may soon sign her next Marathi film if all goes as planned."
