'Srimathi' in trouble!!

The Kannada film 'Srimathi' that released on 8th July, 2011, is facing legal hassles. The producer of the Kannada version of the Hindi film 'Aitraaz' that is made in Telugu and Kannada simultaneously, Shankre Gowda used dupe negatives of the film and this has come under severe attack. From the 50 percent of dupe negative lying in Ramoji Rao Film City, Hyderabad and remaining 50 percent of negatives available at Prasad Studio, Bengaluru, producer Shankre Gowda was not supposed to get the print. Shankre Gowda has crossed the limits and so faces strictures.
The authorities of Dr Ramoji Raj Film city, Hyderabad where 50 percent of the shooting was also done and processed at the lab of Ramoji Rao Film City, filed a case and registered a complaint at KFCC for overlooking the guidelines against producer Shankre Gowda. The Gandhinagar (hub of film activity) source says producer Shankre Gowda has used a criminal brain to escape from the financial matters.
In addition to it the original director of this film 'Srimathi', Sampath Nandi has been unnecessarily targeted. According to sources Sampathi Nandi has finished 90 percent of his work for 'Srimathi' Kannada film. Producer Shankre Gowda in the media meet sitting Upendra and Priyanka stated Sampath Nandi has not done any work that forced him to give the director spot to co-director G Ravi. Producer Shankre Gowda was politely supported by superstar Upendra.
