Bollywood Superstar Shah Rukh Khan will be turning 49 come November 2. 

Though the star is inching towards the big league, he isn't slowing down. 

Instead, he is speeding up his work and instead of celebrating his big day, SRK will begin shooting for his next. 

His magnum opus film 'Happy New Year' releases on Diwali, and within a week he will start shooting for 'Raees' which will be directed by Rahul Dholakia. 

Produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani, the film is scheduled to begin on November 1 as Ritesh recently announced the same on his microblogging page posting, "All those asking #Raees begins filming on 1st November with @iamsrk & @FarOutAkhtar."

After which SRK had a quirky reply ready for it as he posted, "You will give me a day off on my Birthday na". 

However, reports confirm that once SRK commences the shoot on November 1, he will most probably take a day off on his birthday and celebrate it with his closed ones.
