Sunil Grover and Tabu roped in for Salman Khan's 'Bharat'

It is Salman Khan's third film with Ali Abbas Zafar after 'Sultan' and 'Tiger Zinda Hai'. While it all began with the official announcement of roping Priyanka Chopra as the lead uniting with Salman after a decade. Later it was confirmed that Sunil Grover has been roped in to play Salman's friend in the film.

While recently Disha Patani was announced to be the part of 'Bharat' and she is set to play the trapeze artist from the circus of the 60s. Adding to all this, the director has confirmed signing Tabu for this film. The director shared Tabu's pic on his official twitter handle and confirming the news he captioned the pic, ''Finally it’s happening, so excited to work with you :) lots of love @tublb @Bharat_TheFilm @BeingSalmanKhan @priyankachopra @DishPatani @WhoSunilGrover''

Ali Abbas Zafar has confirmed the news while speaking to a leading daily he said, ''I have been a huge fan of Tabu and always wished to work with her. I am happy that it’s finally happening. We are glad too! Interestingly, there will be two reunions and two first time collaborations for Bharat. We also exclusively revealed to you that Katrina will be part of Bharat but an official announcement on the same awaits.''

The film is an official remake of the Korean film – An Ode to my Father. The original was directed by Yoon Je-kyoon and its remake rights have been bought by Atul Agnihotri. The film is slated for an EID 2019  release.
