The awesome pair of Suriya and Gautham Vasudev Menon is back in action after 4 long years. 

An official announcement was made on the 19th of June saying that the hit combo is making a comeback with Gautham Menon’s upcoming venture. The ace director has signed Suriya for Photon Kathaas Productions's 'Thuppariyum Anandhan'. 

In a press release Suriya stated, 'when Gautham and I come together, people expect romance, great songs and action. Thuppariyum Anandhan will offer the audience all this and so much more packaged in a style never seen before.'

Thuppariyum Anandhan is an action adventure in a contemporary styled period film. 'All clichés associated with making a period film will be broken with this effort,' expressed Gautham.
