(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Taylor Armstrong's daughter Kennedy will start kindergarten next week.
The five-year-old lost her father Russell earlier this month after he committed suicide in a Los Angeles home by hanging himself with an electrical cord.
RadarOnline are reporting that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was hesitant about allowing Kennedy to start school in light of the tragedy but has decided it will be the best thing for her.
"Kennedy is very, very excited about starting school," an insider told the site.
"It's a prestigious school and protected so Taylor knows that Kennedy will be okay. Taylor has been advised that the best thing for Kennedy right now, is for her to start school.
"Taylor knows some of the other parents and thinks this is the best thing she can do for Kennedy at this time."
The Armstrongs were reportedly having financial problems but Taylor is not going to compromise on sending Kennedy to the elite private school.
"The tuition for the school is around $10-15,000 per year and that is just for kindergarten," the source revealed. "It's not a cheap school but Taylor won't flinch when it comes to her daughter's education. Taylor plans on being very active at the school."
A memorial service for Russell was held last week but most of his relatives did not attend and will instead hold their own gathering for him in his hometown. (C) Cover Media
