'Teen Maar' is being directed by Jayant C Paranjee and produced by Ganesh Babu under the banner of Parameshwara Arts. Jayanan Vincent has handled the camera for the film while Mani Sharma who has scored the music has composed super hit songs for it.

The makers of the film have shot the film in the exotic locales of South Africa, New Zealand and U.S.A., apart from Varanasi and Hyderabad.
