Bipasha Basu has denied all allegations stating that she had a fallout with the Bhatts. The lady says that she never did upset her mentors and was always on talking terms with them. It’s just that the production house was looking for a strong role to be given to her and so they came up with ‘Raaz 3’.

Bipasha refused to do and item number in ‘Murder 2’ and that was cited as the reason that Bhatts were upset with the dusky beauty. However Bips says, "It was just that we were waiting for the right kind of role and they did not want to disappoint me with something that was feeble. They wanted to give me a strong role. We got that in 'Raaz 3' and we are excited that we are all going to be working together."

Bipasha says that both the Bhatt brothers Mahesh and Mukesh are quite close to her and she takes Vishesh Films as her own production company, so there is no chance for a fallout ever between them.
