Trisha, after rocking Tollywood, Kollywood and Bollywood, is set to step into Sandalwood. The actress will soon debut in Kannada movie industry with a film titled ‘CM’ (Common Man), starring Shivarajkumar.

‘Common Man’, according to sources in the know will showcase a Chief Minister or two and it is in fact said that Trisha will get to play a CM in the film.

“The film could depict a common man’s rise to the post of chief minister. The buzz is that Trisha is likely to play the chief minister of a neighboring state and the film will chronicle the budding relationship between the two CMs,” reports say, quoting sources.

The film, meanwhile, will be bilingual, and will be shot simultaneously in Tamil and Kannada. And while Shivanna will essay the lead in the Kannada version, Arjun is likely to be the protagonist in Tamil. The Kollywood version may be later dubbed in Telugu too.
