Chennai was witness to the final match of the Indian Premier League (IPL), where Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) played against Chennai Super Kings (CSK). Many celebrities from tinsel town, including Jayam Ravi, Venkat Prabhu, Trisha and Premgi Amaren were seen in the stadium.

While most of the celebs were supporting CSK, Trisha was seen sitting in the KKR camp, which sparked off a controversy. 

With the online community accusing the actress of not supporting her home team (CSK), Trisha took to her micro blogging page to clear the air on the controversy against her.

'Don’t make it a big issue. I will always support only CSK, but I have some friends in KKR. Let us have a large heart ‘n’ be happy for others,' Trisha wrote, seeking to put an end to the issue.

Well, let's hope this issue is put to an end with Trisha clearing the air.
