(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Vanessa Minnillio is considering a winter wedding.

The television star met fianc Nick Lachey in 2006 when she was shooting the promo for his single Whats Left of Me. The pair got engaged in November of last year but are in no rush to tie the knot.

They havent set a date set for the wedding yet, but Vanessa says shes considering the idea of a winter-themed day as its her favourite season.

"[I saw] a wedding booklet about the Ritz-Carlton weddings that they do and it was a winter theme and it was beautiful," she told People. "Something about winter, it's one of my favourite seasons, it's very romantic. The twinkle lights and the greenery and the snow. So that taught me I need to be more open-minded. We'll figure it out."

The 30-year-old has revealed she and Nick are taking a relaxed approach towards the planning of the event, and not letting it dictate their lives.

"We're easy, that's what I love about it," she said. "Neither of us are letting it dictate our lives. We're gonna let it go with the flow... and I have faith in the team that we put together to make it as seamless as possible."

The brunette beauty says both her and Nick are continuing to concentrate on their careers. She has revealed she doesnt want their schedules to suffer because of meticulous wedding planning.

"It's just because of our work schedules. For us, work is important. It's our creative outlet, it's what keeps us going, it keeps us busy, and we want to be sure that we work around that. (C) Cover Media
