(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Vanessa Minnillo has revealed she is in no rush to marry fianc Nick Lachey.

The 30-year-old actress has been with Nick since 2006 after meeting the singer on the promo of his single, Whats Left of Me. The pair announced their engagement in November last year following a brief split in 2009.

Vanessa is adamant that she is in no hurry to get married to Nick as she is happy just to say she is an engaged woman.

"We're enjoying being engaged. Everyone rushes to the next step, and I like this step," she recently revealed to reporters.

Nick has previously endured a high-profile marriage to fellow singer Jessica Simpson, before the couple announced their divorce in 2005. Vanessa is aware that her husband-to-be is no wedding novice, but maintains that she will be unable to douse her excitement once the preparations begin. The star is most excited about looking stunning in her wedding dress.

"That's the first time that Nick will see me come down the aisle," she told Us Weekly.
