Ranveer Singh took the nation by storm with his peppy rap number for an ad commercial. And now star kid Varun Dhawan has joined the league.

The 'Main Tera Hero' actor has turned a rapper for an electronic brand, Panasonic's ad commercial. An overzealous actor tweeted, "Did my first rap ever in an ad for Panasonic working with a super team. All you gotta do is blink. Wait for it."

Few months ago the actor had sang live with rapper Badshah, while promoting his flick 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania'. "For the first time in my life, I performed a rap section with Badshah on stage in 'Chandigarh Sector 17' in front of 10,000 people. I can't put the experience in words. You see, Punjabi rap has become really big with Yo Yo Honey Singh, Gippy Grewal and Badshah. It's trending. The rapper's role suits my character Humpty, that's why I agreed," shared the actor.

Being one of the most promising actor amongst the young lot, Varun will be seen in 'ABCD 2' and 'Badlapur'.
