Vijayi Bhava song: Kangana as Queen is fiery & autocratic

10th January 2019

The makers of Kangana Ranaut starrer 'Manikarnika-The Queen Of Jhansi' dropped a song titled 'Vijayi Bhava' and we have Kangana in the shoes of Jhansi Ki Rani as we see a bold autocratic Queen prep up to take on the battlefield.

Lining up her troops Kangana had the fire in her heart as she gracefully donned this anthem number 'Vijayi Bhava' which means 'Go for the Victory' in Sanskrit. Shankar Mahadevan, has given magic tough to the music with his soulful rendition to the track. The song has a great musical composition as it strikes us with the spirit of unity. The music has been composed by legendary musical trio Shankar Ehsaan Loy and lyrics are penned by CBFC member and lyricist Prasoon Joshi. Click here to watch the music video.

Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi also features Ankita Lokhande and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub in key roles and created a storm even before its official theatrical release. From the time the film's director, Krish and actor Sonu Sood walked out of the project, all eyes turned on Kangana. After many hurdles, the film will finally release this January 25.

The film revolves around Rani Laxmi Bai's war against the British East India Company during the Indian Rebellion of 1857. Interestingly the film is written by KV Vijayendra Prasad who has written blockbuster films such as 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' and the 'Baahubali' franchise.
