Daniel Kish, the echolocation expert from The United States of America who trained Vikram for 'Thaandavam', was in Chennai on Wednesday, to share his experiences of working for the film with Vikram.

"Vikram's dedication was amazing. The way he acquired echolocation skills was very quick and indeed commendable. He was ready to go to any extent to get his act right", said Daniel Kish.

Vikram is playing a visually challenged man in 'Thaandavam'. For this he practiced echolocation, which is a unique skill through which a blind person can locate things and people in his surroundings, through sounds.

Directed by A. L. Vijay of 'Madrasapattinam' and 'Deiva Thirumagal' fame, 'Thaandavam' is produced by UTV Motion Pictures.

Anushka Shetty, Amy Jackson and Lakshmi Rai play the leading ladies in the film.
