It appears, Sunil is slowly shedding his comedian image and emerging as a bankable hero. The actor who started with Maryada Ramanna and later grabbed attention with Appalraju, is now playing the protagonist in Poola Rangadu.

'While it is expected that Poola Rangadu will hit the screens during Sankranti, Sunil has decided what would be his next project,' circles close to him say.

'Sunil's forthcoming heroic venture will be directed by Chinni Krishna, known for his role of a warden in Kotha Bangaru Lokam. The film is being produced under a big banner,' they add.

'The actor is very good at emotions, dance and ofcourse fights. He will sure climb the ladder to become one of the top actors of Tollywood,' sources say with hope.
