Why George Clooney, Sandra Bullocks Alleged Gravity Becoming Overhyped 2010 Movie?

27th December 2010

December 27, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): George Clooney alone holds that immense charisma to create enough hype for a movie and it just gets bigger when the name Sandra Bullock is attached to the same film. Alfonso Cuarons film Gravity is now ready to become the most over-hyped film of 2010 and its not only because of this possible pairing of Bullock and Clooney.

The speculation about the film has now spanned for a year and rumors have been quite thick in relation to this project. Almost all major actors of Hollywood has been attached to the film and at one point it seemed like a fantasy story that someone just made up or an April Fool joke thats going on forever. It was first reported that in this space odyssey Robert Downey Jr. would lead the space team.

Actress whose names came up in the project ranged from Scarlett Johansson to Angelina Jolie. At the end it was reported Natalie Portman would take the position opposite Robert, but ultimately the entire casting changed once Downing backed off. The film is now rumored to have gone to Clooney and Bullock.

It is still unclear when the film will go on the floors as in 2011 Clooney will be busy shooting in Detroit for a political thriller named The Ideas of March. In the film Ryan Gosling and Evan Rachel Wood will star alongside Clooney in the film that goes on floor from March. So even if now Gravity doesnt get made it will now remain as one of those films that created a massive hype but just fell apart at the pre-production stages.
