(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett-Smith laughed in the face of rumours today that they are splitting up.

The Hollywood power couple were photographed enjoying a romantic brunch at the beach in Malibu this morning.

Sources at Bob Morris' Beach Caf told TMZ that the pair came in for omelettes and coffee and left around 11am.

Will, 42, and Jada, 39, apparently seemed to be "happy and normal" and laughed together while they ate.

But the site claims that despite the image of togetherness the pair are having significant problems in their relationship and a separation is "definitely a possibility".

The whole family are reportedly going to be going away on a vacation soon but it is unknown if it is a last ditch effort to save their marriage.

The Men in Black star and his wife of 13 years issued a statement yesterday saying that their marriage was "intact".

The language for the statement was apparently very carefully crafted despite not having the usual celebrity wording mentioning love and commitment to each other.

In Touch, the magazine that started the rumours, released their latest issue today with a six-page article making a series of allegations including that Jada was having an affair with her HawthoRNe co-star Marc Anthony.

Both Jada and Marc have released statements denying the allegations but the magazine claims that Will made a surprise visit to the couple's home in August under the cover of darkness' and found Jada with Marc.

Although the magazine does not detail what the actor saw, the insider says that Jada moved out of the house the next day and Will fired several staff members accusing them of covering things up.

The couple have now reportedly got their legal team involved and are deciding how they are going to proceed following the magazine's claims.
