The Bhatt camp of Bollywood industry got us excited with the annoucement of 'Sadak 2'. This sequel to 1991 successful film 'Sadak 2' has two major reasons to bookmark its release, one return of Mahesh Bhatt to the director's seat and Alia Bhatt, sister Pooja Bhatt and father Mahesh coming together for the first time. 

Pooja Bhatt took to Instagram to announce the wrap up of film's first schedule with an image of huge shooting light placed a tall ladder with a lightman at work from the sets. She wrote, "And it's a wrap for our first schedule of Sadak2. Pooja took this opportunity to thank all her co-stars, costume designer Aki Narula, choreographer Caesar Gonsalves and the entire crew. 

First schedule was shot in Mumbai and Alia had taken the opportunity to announce its beginning. With a clapboard containing all the movie details, the actress had captioned that image as, "Today is Day 1 of Sadak 2.
And that's my father, now also my director, holding the clap. 
I begin shoot in a few days and honestly, I’m petrified. 
I feel like a tiny mouse trying to climb a beautiful, immense, emotional mountain. 
I hope I make it to the top and if I fall I hope I’m able to get up again. It’s a tough climb but from everything I’ve seen and everything I’ve heard, I know every single step and misstep will be worth it! 
Here's to movies, family, dreams and starting out on a brand NEW journey! 
And what a journey it's going to be!!!!"
