Following the huge success of Engeyum Kadhal and Ko, music composer Harris Jayaraj is pinning his hopes on the forthcoming film Ezham Arivu which has Shruthi and Surya in the lead roles. The film is produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin and directed by A R Murugadoss. Since both the albums have become chartbusters, expectations have increased for this movie as well. In fact, Sony BMG has acquired the audio rights of Ezham Arivu for a whooping price. Now Harris Jayaraj is busy composing music for the film 3 Rascals directed by Shankar. This film is the remake of the super hit Hindi film Three Idiots. There was a thought that Harris may use the original tracks while composing music for this film. But Harris says that all the tracks will all be innovative and will be totally new and will not even have the slightest trace of the songs of Three Idiot.
