Emraan Hashmi was last seen in 2017 film 'Baadshaho', now the actor is all set to hit silver screen through his next film titled 'Cheat India' that takes a dig at the education system of India. This Soumik Sen directorial is said to be a film on the 'Vyapam scam' although these are just speculations and not much can be said until the film hit the theatres.

Emraan shared the first look poster of 'Cheat India' featuring himself on National Education Day November 11, 2018. Sharing the poster Emraan captioned it, "A country's education system is its backbone." The poster has a catchy tagline that says "Nakal Mein He Akal Hai" which has left the fans intrigued as to what is going to happen in the movie.

The poster includes many application forms of students lined up along with the admit card and passport sized photos of students and some Indian currency notes as well. Emraan's look from the film has him with combed hair and a thick moustache with a rectangular spectacle on. The first look poster look's promising and now we are awaited for the film's teaser.

The film is produced under T-series and Emraan Hashmi films banner. Helmed by the makers of 'Neerja', 'Tumhari Sulu' and 'Raid', Soumik Sen will be directing the movie. Shreya Dhanwanthary plays the leading lady. 'Cheat India' is slated for a January 25 release.
