Vivek Oberoi continues with his negative streak on silver screen. Actor has a deep desire to produce and star in sequel of his debut flick 'Company'.
Still unsure about the original director Ram Gopal Varma coming on board, the actor promises sequel won't disappoint his fans.
He says, "I'm flattered that people still remember a role I shot for 13 years ago. In fact, many of my fans who don't know my name call me Chandu bhai. They want to see me as a rough, rowdy, rugged anti-hero and that's what I am going to give them in Company 2."
Currently he is busy in the process of buying the rights. He feels it's a great responsible and a difficult task, as he'll be acting and producing both. Apparently the film will have a fresh start and won't be continuation of the first part.
Commenting on RGV heading the project he says, "I'm not in a position to talk about where Ram Gopal Verma and I stand vis-à-vis the film."
Vivek had bagged 2 FilmFare Awards that year. Tentatively titled as 'Company 2' it is expected to go on floors by end of 2015.
