Megastar Amitabh Bachchan is set to create a new fanbase down south with his Tamil debut. Titled as 'Uyarndha Manithan' the actor's first look from the movie grabbed a lot of attention. Sporting white dhoti, off-white shirt and red ghamcha, the actor has taken completely desi route for his next. 

Sharing the image on his Twitter handle, he wrote, "ढलती उम्र के साथ एक चीज़ का अफ़सोस हमेशा रहता है की  'तू' , बुलाने वाले कम होते जाते है।" ~ Ef

The overwhelmed director S. J. Surya also shared the news on his Twitter handle, he wrote, "Happiest moment of my life ... thank you God , mom, dad for fulfilling a dream which I have never even dreamt of .... 🙏 toThe evergreen superstar ⁦@SrBachchan ,⁩ sharing it with our super star ⁦@rajinikanth⁩ & Dir ⁦@ARMurugadoss⁩"

He tagged and thanked superstar Rajinikanth and ace filmmaker A. R. Murugadoss for this project. He tweeted, "Ha ha ha .... Dir  @ARMurugadoss sir helped me to get this movie on board and our superstar @rajinikanth sir helped me by announcing the project that’s why thanked both of them." 

The film will be also be made for the Hindi-speaking audience and shoot for it will commence soon.
