Dhanush starrer "3", directed by his wife and Superstar Rajinikanth's elder daughter Aishwarya, will make it to cinema halls on 30th March. It will be simultaneously released in three languages- Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.

Revealing this to journalists in Chennai on Thursday evening, the National Award winning actor's father Kasthuriraja, who has produced "3", said, 'We are proud to launch Aishwarya as a filmmaker in our banner. She is a talented director.'

He added: 'Oscar winning Resul Pookutty has done sound engineering for "3". He was thoroughly impressed after he watched the film. He hailed Aishwarya, Dhanush and music composer Anirudh for their good work.'

With Shruthi Haasan playing the leading lady, "3"  is an emotional love story loaded with humour. 'I am hopeful that the movie would click with the audience,' Kasthuriraja added.
