Aamir moves to a new pad

We had earlier reported that despite being able to comfortably afford a fancy house anywhere in Mumbai, the perfectionist Aamir Khan, who still continues to live in the same flat where he grew up as a kid at Bandra in Mumbai, was planning to get his home renovated.
Looks like the remodeling work has started at his Bandra residence, and the actor has moved to an apartment at Lower Parel in Mumbai. While he has moved to the new pad for now, his mom Zeenat would still continue to live in Bandra.
For personal or for professional reasons, this is not the first time that the actor has moved his base in Mumbai. Aamir had moved to an apartment in Dhobi Talao for a few months during the filming of his wife, Kiran Rao's project 'Dhobi Ghat', the actor had claimed that to truly feel his character in the movie, it was important for him to be part of the neighborhood which was the backdrop of the movie.
We are sure, for reasons best known to the actor, for now he did not opt for Bandra or Juhu or other Bollywood neighborhoods, but temporarily moved his home to South Mumbai.
