Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has always been super active on the social front. The actor had risked his position by supporting the 'Narmada Bachao Andolan' against a leading political party. Now, he who has once again turned into a philanthropist through his reality show 'Satyamev Jayate'  is yet again a part of the limelight.

This time around he expressed his admiration for the media fraternity and exclaimed that they too are under a lot of pressure to perform. "News is about reporting and with what perception you want to report. Different people have different perceptions. All of us, and even media houses, want to report responsibly, without any external pressure and if that can happen, we would be very happy," said Aamir.

Talking about the power of media, the actor claims that it has the control to change the tides of time. "I believe that the media is more powerful than before. It has power to bring big changes and simultaneously the responsibility also increases. Media plays a dynamic role," quoted Aamir.
