Many Bollywood stars have rose to fame by playing the role of dreaded gangsters onscreen at some point of time in their careers.

While in recent times stars like Ajay Devgn and Emraan Hashmi have reprised roles based on the lives of real life dons like Haji Mastan and Dawood Ibrahim, John Abraham too is trying his luck with the gangster genre by playing Manya Surve in 'Shootout at Wadala'.

And now his 'Dostana' co-star Abhishek Bachchan too might join this league of reprising the roles of real life dons onscreen.

Reportedly, Abhishek is being considered in filmmaker Ashish R. Mohan's biopic based on gangster Babloo Srivastav's life.

Interestingly, Abhishek's name was suggested by gangster Babloo himself when the filmmaker had been to Delhi to meet him.
