Ajay lends his baritone to Deols for free
12th January 2011
The Deol comic caper 'Yamla Pagla Deewana' is all set to tickle our funny bones on the 14th of January and there is (or rather was) a surprise lined up for all of us. The Deols requested Ajay Devgn to lend his rich baritone to the film. And the gentleman that Ajay is did a voice over for the film without charging a penny.
Dharmji is a highly respectable Indian film actor and so very few people in the industry would refuse to anything he asks for. Dharamji also asked for the rights of the 1975's song 'Main Jat Yamla Pagla Deewana' from the classic 'Pratigya' sang by Mohd. Rafi to be reused in the film. Getting rights for the song wasn't difficult at all as the film was co-produced by Dharamji's brother-in-law Bikram Singh Deol.
Deols who are known for their generosity in the industry have now to finally agree that even our very own Ajay Devgn is as generous. Hats off to you Ajay!!!!
