It seems that Bollywood superstars are keen on ringing in the new year with their beloveds. Following Shah Rukh Khan's suit is Akshay Kumar, who along with his wife Twinkle and their kids — Aarav and Nitara — have flown to Cape Town for a 10-days break.

Akshay, who is known to be a disciplinarian is famous for keeping himself away from the Bollywood parties and hence it comes as no surprise when he chose a quiet getaway with family for his new year celebration plans.

According to reports, Akshay plans to take his family on a safari. Both Akshay and his son Aarav love nature and outdoor activities.
