Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has given a green signal to Anushka Sharma. She now may tag along with beau Virat Kohli for a test match in Australia.

BCCI has permitted, players wives and girlfriends to stay with them for 15 days during any tournament. So eventually Anushka will stay with Virat till January 10, 2015 and will also celebrate her New Year with him.

Though the two will be together, BCCI won't allow them to share the rooms, thus the actress will have to find an accommodation close to Virat's hotel or may be in the same hotel.

Sanjay Patel BCCI secretary said, "We have to be sensitive to these issues. We cannot have a cast-in-iron rule that only wives are going to be allowed to meet the players. We will have no problem with the girlfriends as well."

Seems like the pair has been successful in bringing a change in the BCCI's thinking.
