Banking on Luck

Srikanth and J.D. Chakravarthy have entertained us in the past by acting together and once again they are here with 'All The Best'.

This time J. D. has taken the responsibility of wielding the megaphone, while Srikanth stands in front of the camera to play the lead role. Chakravarthy is also seen playing a crucial role in the movie.

Chakravarthy has attempted to tell us the story in a commercial format, but it backfires as there is nothing new to offer to the audiences.

It's a run-of-the-mill story, narrated in an old-fashioned manner. But for some fresh scenes and interesting twists, 'All The Best' relies heavily on luck to sustain in the box office.

Ravi (Srikanth) involves in fraudulent ways to save his father (Kota Srinivas Rao), who is sent to jail in a cheating case for no fault of his.

One day, Ravi bumps into Chandu (J. D. Chakravarthy), and the latter rescues the former from a risk. Both become partners in trade. When they try to make some quick money, the twist comes in the form of Razaq (Pradeep Rawat).

Basically, the film is inspired from a Spanish film titled 'Nine Queens', but it is no where close to the original. Chakravarthy's executions fails completely, making the audiences yawn.

Srikanth shines bright giving his best performance, but due to a poor screenplay and below average dialogues he cannot do much. J. D. Chakravarthy is good at acting and should continue as an actor, rather than a director.

Technically the movie is average as the screenplay is typically stereotype. The music that was a selling point also fails to interests the audiences. Better luck next time is all we have to say for 'All the Best'.
