(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Angelina Jolie was nervous about lending her voice to Kung Fu Panda 2 as she thinks she sounds quite boring.

The 35-year-old actress provides vocals for Tigress in the adventure animation, which is set for US release later this month.

Despite being one of Hollywoods most in-demand leading ladies, Angelina doesnt feel so comfortable starring in movies which rely on her vocal capabilities as she dislikes the sound of her own voice.

"You know, when you hear your own voice, you can find it quite boring and uninteresting," she told USA Today.

"Suddenly, you get very shy that your voice is not enough, because I'm not musical and I don't know my voice."

The film is the sequel to 2008 smash Kung Fu Panda and sees funnyman Jack Black again providing vocals for loveable panda Po. Angelina admits her 41-year-old co-star was a major support during the making of the movie. The star has always been a fan of his work as one half of satirical rock duo Tenacious D, who are famed for their hilarious comedy rock songs, and she is in awe of his acting abilities too.

"I was crazy about him. I had seen him in everything he'd done, but what I really knew him for was music," she beamed. "I don't have musical talent, so I always thought it was really cool that he could be an actor to a lot of us but equally a rock star." (C) Cover Media
