Jackky modulated her voice for 'Roy'

29th January 2015

Along with the double role came double responsibility for the Sri Lankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandez. The actress, who plays a double role in Vikramjit Singh's 'Roy' had to work on her voice for the movie.

In order to give a vintage feel to the flick, the director decided to use sync sound for it.

Jackky says, "Roy is a film with a lot of dialogues and since Vikramjit had decided on making it with sync sound, it became more difficult for me. My Hindi diction was the least of my problems; the biggest challenge was to get right separate ways of speaking for my characters -Ayesha (filmmaker) and Tia (art enthusiast). The two have starkly different ways of speaking because they aren't twins."
