9th August 2011

(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Angelina Jolie is said to be nervous' about the riots which have rocked London.

The actress is in the city with her six children while partner Brad Pitt films World War Z in Cornwall.

The civil unrest and violence in the English capital has left the actress shaken but she is not letting it affect her stay.

"Angie was a little nervous but felt safe," a source told Us Weekly. "[Security] had an extra man on the job."

"This morning, she was really scared and worried about the safety of the kids," a member of Angelina's security team told the magazine.

"But as the day has gone by, we've been able to get a clear picture of what's going on. She felt safe enough to take the children out. Of course we are not going anywhere near central London."

Angelina took her children Maddox, 10, Pax, seven, Zahara, six, Shiloh, five and three-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox out for the afternoon in the Richmond area of London near where they are staying in a rented home.

They visited Pottery Cafe where the children painted and decorated ceramic items.

The unrest in London began last Thursday after 29-year-old Mark Duggan was shot and killed by police officers.

The father-of-four is not believed to have fired any shots himself at officers and his family held a memorial vigil that spiralled out of control.

The violence has now taken hold of several cities in the UK with many homes and business being set on fire and looted. (C) Cover Media
