AnnaLynne McCord does AIDS PSA

3rd April 2012

AnnaLynne McCord has lent her voice to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS.

The 90210 star has joined Blythe Danner, Ice T and Jason Ritter amongst other celebrities to support ONE's I Predict public service announcement.

The aim of the organisation is to "end mother-to-child transmission of HIV, increase the number of people on HIV treatments to 15 million and drastically reduce new HIV infections."

The 24-year-old said in her statement that she wants people to sign a petition to recommit their efforts to help fight the disease.

"We're at a critical point in the fight against AIDS and we need to act now," AnnaLynne proclaimed. "ONE's goals are ambitious, but they are absolutely achievable if we all do our part."

"It's our responsibility to take action and do whatever we can to make the Beginning of the End of AIDS by 2015 a reality. Spread the word, sign the petition, and help make this prediction a reality."

Celebrities like Kim Kardashian, Jeremy Piven and Minka Kelly have also lent their support for the cause online.
